Andy is a financial professional who has over 30 years of experience successfully helping businesses improve by developing and executing meaningful financial and operational strategies focused on the long term success of the business.  He approaches problems as a partner with no preconceived notions and relies on a data driven approach.  He has held senior roles in large multi-national organizations including:  E*Trade, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, Societe General and Coopers & Lybrand (PWC) and has often acted as an in-house consultant – successfully solving difficult problems while working with multiple stakeholders across the organization. As a consultant, Andy has focused on financial oversight, strategy, planning and analysis.  He recognizes that each business is different and looks forward to designing and implementing specific and unique improvements that will help the business.

Andy is innately curious and takes advantage of his unique ability to understand the big picture while mastering the details necessary to achieve success.  He believes that strong communication is a fundamental building block of a successful strategy.

Andy is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a degree in Economics and also has an MBA in Finance from New York University.  He is a CPA.

Matt Kerrigan

I am a strategically focused individual with over 20 years of finance and accounting experience. I have demonstrated the proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional team members to deliver strong business performance through fact-based analytics.

I am originally from Canada where I obtained my CPA accounting designation. I have worked for major corporations such as Masco, BlackBerry and Johnson & Johnson in increasing levels of responsibility within Finance.   I have spent the last three years partnering with small and medium-sized business to meet their financial goals.

Beth Miller

Beth Potillo-Miller is a finance executive with extensive experience directing strategy and execution across finance, accounting, investor relations, business operations, and HR in diverse, fast-paced corporate environments.

Beth has a broad-based financial background, having led treasury, FP&A, investor relations, and shared services organizations working for such corporations as Dole Food Company and Williams-Sonoma, Inc.  Most recently as CFO at Belcampo, Beth was a key member of the executive leadership team, working on the transformation of a farm-to-table restaurant company into a CPG company. Beth also has extensive capital market experience, with total transactions of approximately $10B, including the financing for two LBOs, various acquisitions, an IPO, and multiple bank and public bond financings.

Beth is a problem solver – whether it’s a one-time issue, or developing and implementing new policies, procedures, and systems to make long-term improvements to help a business move forward.   As a natural relationship builder, she believes effective communications and working collaboratively with all stakeholders are fundamental to a strong organization.

Beth is a graduate of the Southern Illinois University (Edwardsville) and has an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Jack Weinstein

Jack Weinstein has more than 15 years experience in corporate finance and investor relations. His experience includes serving as interim CFO for a private equity group with $3.5B AuM, building a bioscience start-up into a $100 million business, working through dozens of transactions with a prominent investment bank in California that has completed more than $10 billion in deals, managing corporate development for a billionaire-backed family office, and serving as a key part of the internal corporate strategy team at a Fortune 500.

He is an expert in corporate architecture, corporate valuations, securing financing, building teams, and responsibly deploying capital.
